I agree that I am solely responsible for the acts of my guests and other persons aboard my vessel while participating in PYC events. I hereby release PYC, its officers and volunteers, from any and all claims, demands, and damages related to my participation or the participation of my vessel in any PYC activities. In further consideration, I covenant and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the said PYC, its officers and volunteers, from all claims, demands, and suits for accidents or injuries which I or my guests or other persons aboard my vessel may incur or claim which are related to participation in PYC activities.
